Eddie Tan

Eddie holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) (Second Class Upper Division) from Multimedia University. Upon graduation, he commenced his pupillage at Messrs. Chia & Lee under the tutelage of Mr. Chia Cheng Wee where he was trained arduously and extensively in the broad field of litigation.

 

Eddie has a diverse and active practice in civil litigation involving family matters, land disputes, debt recoveries, contractual disputes, banking, industrial relations, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings,  constructions disputes, running down matters and personal injury claims.

 

On top of that, Eddie is also familiar with matters in relation to real estate. Eddie has practical experience with transactions relating to the Sale and Purchase of both commercial and private properties.

 

Eddie is fluent in Malay and English, both written and spoken as well as  conversant in Chinese and Cantonese. 

 

Unable to control his desire for learning, Eddie  is currently pursuing Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Malaya (UM).
